The data import process involves uploading CSV files. Verify that file conforms to the specified conditions and utilizes commas as separators in its formatting.


Step 1: Create a CSV file
Use various tools and software depending on your preferences and needs:
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
- LibreOffice Calc
- Numbers (macOS)
- OpenOffice Calc
- Microsoft Access
- Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (macOS)
- programming languages like Python, Java, Ruby
- online generators such as ConvertCSV, CSVFileGenerator, and Mockaroo
- Tools like Tableau, Power BI, and R
- DBMS software like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
Step 2: Use following headers
- function
- address_line_1
- address_line_2
- location
- plz: postal code
- canton
- salutation
- first_name
- last_name
- phone
- mobile_phone
- language
- gender
- birth_date
- organization
- department
Additional headers can be added as extra data. Choose different headers depending on your objectives and the information you have.

Step 3: Upload CSV file
Congratulations! The data has been successfully imported. The email about import result has been received.
The data can be accessed in the 'Home' tab. It is important to take into consideration that any previously imported data has been updated.
Use search to find updated data.
